Vania Cagnassi is the Founder of HumanOps and has over two decades of experience working at the intersection of HR operations, workforce governance, and business growth.
Throughout her career, she has led people operations in high growth and multinational environments, supporting leadership teams through complex workforce decisions, regulatory challenges, and organizational scaling. Her professional background includes senior roles at companies such as LinkedIn, Accenture, and Fortis Games, where she helped design and implement HR structures across different stages of maturity and multiple jurisdictions.
Vania’s work is grounded in hands on operational experience. She has built onboarding architectures, governance frameworks, and people operations systems designed to support growth while maintaining legal integrity and organizational clarity. Her approach prioritizes structure, prevention, and long term sustainability over reactive fixes.
HumanOps reflects her decision to work closely with founders and leadership teams through a boutique consultancy model. Each engagement is led personally, ensuring proximity, discretion, and depth — particularly in moments where people decisions carry legal, operational, or reputational impact.
Vania holds a degree in Public Relations and is completing a postgraduate certificate in AI for Business, Strategic Management, and Leadership. Her current focus is helping startups build people operations that are compliant, resilient, and ready to scale responsibly.
